Common use of Hours Worked on a Holiday Clause in Contracts

Hours Worked on a Holiday. Employees working on a holiday shall be compensated for such time worked at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the straight-time rate as provided in Section 7 Overtime.

Hours Worked on a Holiday. Employees working more than their regularly scheduled shift on a holiday shall be compensated for such excess time worked at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the straight-time rate as provided in Section 7 7, Overtime.
