Household Eligibility. Eligibility Criteria: A household is one or more individuals seeking to obtain or maintain housing together. A household does not include friends or family that are providing temporary housing. Households eligible for rental assistance under this program must have an adult member of the family who meets ALL of the following criteria: Have a need for long- term housing support with no other payment alternative or network they can rely on to meet the housing need Criteria Three Eligible for an approved long- term supports program (see Appendix C: Approved long- term supports programs)* Criteria Two Have a documented Behavioral Health Condition1 Criteria One AND AND *Please note, individuals that would otherwise be eligible for an approved long-term supports program but are not due to citizenship status meet the criteria for Criteria Two.

Eligible households must meet the income criteria for CBRA (Criteria One). In addition, at least one adult member of the household must meet all three of the additional criteria below (Criteria one through three). A household is one or more individuals seeking to obtain or maintain housing together as a unit. A household does not include friends or family that are providing temporary housing. Participants, in consultation with the CBRA provider, should decide who is included in the household and who is not. Documentation in the client file should match the determination of household. Eligible households must meet the income criteria for CBRA (Criteria One). In addition, at least one adult member of the household must meet all three of the additional criteria below (Criteria one through three).

For employees hired on or after August 1, 2003: If the spouse of an employee is covered by any PEBTF health care plan, and he/she is eligible for coverage under another employer’s plan(s), the spouse shall be required to enroll in each such plan, which shall be the spouse’s primary coverage, as a condition of the spouse’s eligibility for coverage by the PEBTF plan(s), without regard to whether the spouse’s plan requires cost sharing or to whether the spouse’s employer offers an incentive to the spouse not to enroll.

The xxxx authorizes the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to prescribe assessment instruments with a statewide passing standard. The initiative allows an institution to determine when a student is ready to perform college‐level coursework. High School students who seek to register in a dual credit course, which will grant college credit must prove “college readiness” by achieving a college level score as outlined in Appendix A.

  • Benefit Eligibility For purposes of the Benefit Plan entitlement, common-law and same sex relationships will apply as defined.

  • General Eligibility i. A teacher who received an evaluation rating of ineffective or improvement necessary in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary.

  • Employee Eligibility Verification The Contractor warrants that it fully complies with all Federal and State statutes and regulations regarding the employment of aliens and others and that all its employees performing work under this Contract meet the citizenship or alien status requirement set forth in Federal statutes and regulations. The Contractor shall obtain, from all employees performing work hereunder, all verification and other documentation of employment eligibility status required by Federal or State statutes and regulations including, but not limited to, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, 8 U.S.C. §1324 et seq., as they currently exist and as they may be hereafter amended. The Contractor shall retain all such documentation for all covered employees for the period prescribed by the law. The Contractor shall indemnify, defend with counsel approved in writing by County, and hold harmless, the County, its agents, officers, and employees from employer sanctions and any other liability which may be assessed against the Contractor or the County or both in connection with any alleged violation of any Federal or State statutes or regulations pertaining to the eligibility for employment of any persons performing work under this Contract.
