Housing Allowance. Teachers employed by the District and not provided housing by the District shall receive a $5000 per year housing allowance in FY 20, FY 21, and FY 22, payable in equal installments via payroll check. This housing allowance shall not become part of the status quo in the event that a successor agreement is not ratified by June 30, 2022.

Housing Allowance. This housing allowance shall not become part of the status quo in the event that a successor agreement is not ratified by June 30, 20222019. This additional $2,000 of housing allowance in FY17 shall be paid retroactively to July 1, 2016 for those teachers employed as of the date of ratification.
