Common use of HRA VEBA Clause in Contracts

HRA VEBA. 7 The County will contribute into a Health Reimbursement Account - 8 Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association (HRA-VEBA) for each employee 9 covered by this agreement in accordance with the provisions of Addendum C. 11 any year by mutual agreement of the parties.

HRA VEBA. 7 12 The County will contribute into a Health Reimbursement Account - 8 13 Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association (HRA-VEBA) for each employee 9 14 covered by this agreement in accordance with the provisions of Addendum C. 11 any 16 year by mutual agreement of the parties.

HRA VEBA. 7 29 The County will contribute into a Health Reimbursement Account - 8 Voluntary -Voluntary 30 Employee Beneficiary Association (HRA-VEBA) for each employee 9 covered by this 31 agreement in accordance with the provisions of Addendum C. 11 D. 1 HRA-VEBA is subject to annual review and adjustment July 1st of any year 2 by mutual agreement of the parties.
