ECONOMICS, HOURS, INSURANCE. SECTION A – SALARIES‌ One-Time Retention Payment for Two-Year Commitment: Effective April 11, 2022, and for 2022 only, each employee who is employed on April 11, 2022 will be eligible to receive a one-time, non-precedent setting retention payment of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). Receipt of the payment is conditioned on the employee signing an agreement to repay a prorated portion of the payment in the event the employee’s employment ends prior to April 10, 2024. Effective the first day of the first full pay period in January 2022, during the life of this Agreement, a pay differential of no less than fifteen and one-half percent (15.5%) shall be maintained between: 1) the top step of the salary scale of the Law Enforcement Lieutenant classification and the top step of the salary scale for the Law Enforcement Sergeant classification; and 2) the top step of the salary scale of the Corrections Lieutenant classification and the top step of the salary scale for the Corrections Sergeant classification. Each wage step shall be adjusted to provide a five percent (5%) increase over the previous wage step.

ECONOMICS, HOURS, INSURANCE. SECTION EHEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS The County will make contributions in the amounts listed below for funding, providing, and maintaining insured medical and dental benefits and life insurance, and for providing a reserve fund to self-insure against unanticipated increases in the cost of those benefits. Through payroll deduction, employees will contribute the remaining amounts necessary for funding, providing, and maintaining insured medical and dental benefits and life insurance, and providing a reserve fund to self-insure against unanticipated increases in the cost of those benefits. Employee contributions will be used to pay claims first.

ECONOMICS, HOURS, INSURANCE. SECTION A – SALARIES‌ Effective the first day of the first full pay period in January 2023, a pay differential of no less than 10% shall be maintained between: 1) the bottom step of the salary scale of the Corrections Lieutenant classification and the top step of the salary scale for the Corrections Sergeant classification; and 2) the bottom step of the salary scale of the Law Enforcement Lieutenant classification and the top step of the salary scale for the Law Enforcement Sergeant classification. Each wage step shall be adjusted to provide a two and one-half percent (2.5%) increase over the previous wage step for a total of four (4) steps. Lieutenants who reached Step Three on or before January 1, 2022, will be placed on Step Four effective the first day of the first full pay period in January 2023. Lieutenants who reached Step Three after January 1, 2022, will advance to Step Four after 12 months at Step Three.
