Lessee will support CWD BMPs, which may include providing CWD sample material to state wildlife agencies or assisting in geographically targeted herd testing purposes.

Otherwise, consult the State hunting regulations for posted start and end times, which Permittee must observe. • Licensor prohibits trapping of any kind in the Permit Area. • Licensor prohibits the sale of animal / fur pelts from the Permit Area. • Licensor prohibits the leaving of any animal carcasses or gut piles in the roads, ditches or in front of gates. • Licensor prohibits antlerless deer harvest within Permit Area EXCEPT if the xxxxxx xxxx and utilizes an antlerless deer special permit issued by WDFW in the Youth, Disabled, or 65 and Over categories.

  • Secure Information Handling and Transfers 7.1 Physical and electronic handling, processing and transferring of DWP Data, including secure access to systems and the use of encryption where appropriate.

  • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates. (b) Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, appropriate Employees shall assist in the tidying up of their own work site or area if it is so affected. Where required, appropriate Employees will be provided with the appropriate PPE. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected. (c) To avoid any confusion any ‘dewatering’ time which prevents an Employee from being engaged in their normal productive work is not included in any calculation for the purposes of determining whether an Employee is entitled to go home due to wet weather (refer clauses 32.4 and 32.5)

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.

  • PROMOTION AND TRANSFER 9:1 Employees may file requests, in writing, for promotion to the Working Xxxxxxx classification or for a Employees may file requests, in writing, for promotion to the Working Xxxxxxx classification or for a transfer to a new location in their present classification with the Office of the Company. The Supervisor in the geographical area will notify the area Business Representative of new crew locations. 9:6 Employees who accept a promotion to a new headquarters will indicate in writing that he understands that acceptance of the promotion establishes him in a new permanent headquarters without lodging.

Certain training required by the DOT Regulations shall be the responsibility of the Substance Abuse Program.
