Hunting and Trapping. If Permittee wishes to xxxx on the Permit Area, he/she must comply with all State and local hunting regulations, including but not limited to license, method, and bag requirements. Additional hunting restrictions inside the Permit Area include: • Hunting at night is prohibited: The Permit Area is NOT open to hunting at night year-round regardless of open season posted in the hunting regulations. Consult the State hunting regulations for posted start and end times. • Use of dogs for pursuit and/or hunting small game, when allowed by State and local hunting regulations, is only allowed December 1 – March 15. • Do not leave animal carcasses or gut piles in the roads, ditches or in front of gates. • No trapping is allowed within the Permit Area. • No commercial sales of animal fur/pelts.

Additional hunting restrictions inside the Permit Area, which Licensor may restrict more than those rules set by WDFW, include: • Licensor prohibits hunting at night: Licensor restricts hunting to daylight only, NOT open to hunting at night year- round regardless of any open season posted in the hunting regulations. Otherwise, consult the State hunting regulations for posted start and end times, which Permittee must observe. • Licensor prohibits trapping of any kind in the Permit Area. • Licensor prohibits the sale of animal / fur pelts from the Permit Area. • Licensor prohibits the leaving of any animal carcasses or gut piles in the roads, ditches or in front of gates. • Licensor prohibits antlerless deer harvest within Permit Area EXCEPT if the xxxxxx xxxx and utilizes an antlerless deer special permit issued by WDFW in the Youth, Disabled, or 65 and Over categories.

Hunting and Trapping. Siletz tribal members are authorized to xxxx and trap wildlife resources on ODFW owned or managed lands only in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules applicable to the location, including method of harvest. The Siletz Tribe may request special access and opportunity for their members, or changes to other aspects of the regulations for hunting or trapping activities on any of these lands that deviate from currently applicable regulation through the Siletz Tribe’s annual harvest proposal. ODFW commits to consider such proposals with the goal of providing the requested access and opportunity while preserving the conservation, management and safety objectives of the regulations applicable to the area(s).
