Immediate Threats. If, in the determination of Peer 1, acting reasonably, the Equipment poses an immediate threat to the physical integrity of the Premises or the physical integrity or performance of the equipment of Peer 1 or any other user of the Premises, or poses an immediate threat to the safety of any person, then Peer 1 may perform such work and take such other actions that it may consider necessary without prior notice to Customer and without liability for damage to the Equipment or for any interruption of Customer's (or its clients') businesses. As soon as practicable after performing such work, Peer 1 will advise Customer in writing of the work performed or the action taken.
Immediate Threats. As soon as practicable after performing such work, ** will advise Customer in writing of the work performed or the action taken.

If, in the reasonable determination of MacStadium, the equipment, software or hosted applications used by the Customer or the activities of the Customer poses an immediate threat to the physical integrity of MacStadium premises or the physical integrity or performance of the equipment or network of MacStadium or any other user of the premises, or poses an immediate threat to the safety of any person, then MacStadium may perform such work and take such other actions that it may consider necessary without prior notice to the Customer and without liability for damage to the equipment or data for any interruption of the Customer's (or its Customers') businesses. As soon as practical after performing such work, MacStadium will advise, by email, the Customer of the work performed or the action taken.
Immediate Threats. A bargaining unit member who reasonably believes that circumstances, including but not limited to, a disruptive student, pose an immediate threat to the safety of the faculty and/or others and that an emergency exists, shall immediately call 9-1-1 and notify College security.
Immediate Threats. If a teacher believes that there is an immediate threat to student/ teacher safety, the teacher may request immediate assistance from an administrator or other designated school safety personnel to alleviate the dangerous situation in order to restore a safe and secure learning environment for all members of the classroom with minimal disruption. School administration will take necessary steps to respond to these acute instances as part of the course of normal operations.

If, in the determination of ALCiT, acting reasonably, the CUSTOMER Service or infrastructure poses an immediate threat to the physical integrity of the physical integrity or performance of the equipment of ALCiT or any other user, or poses an immediate threat to the safety of any person, then ALCiT may perform such work and take such other actions that it may consider necessary without prior notice to you and without liability for damage to the Equipment or for any interruption of your (or your clients’) businesses. As soon as practicable after performing such work, ALCiT will advise you in writing of the work performed or the action taken.
Immediate Threats. If, in the determination of Chicago VPS, acting reasonably, the Equipment or customer poses an immediate threat to the physical integrity of the Premises or the physical integrity or performance of the equipment of Chicago VPS or any other user of the Premises, or poses an immediate threat to the safety of any person, then Chicago VPS may perform such work and take such other actions that it may consider necessary without prior notice to Customer and without liability for damage to the Equipment or for any interruption of Customer’s (or its clients’) businesses. As soon as practicable after performing such work, Chicago VPS shall advise Customer in writing of the work performed or the action taken.
Immediate Threats. In the event of an incident or immediate threat affecting Xxxxxxxx’s Equipment, both Parties will promptly collaborate and provide assistance to mitigate the impact and ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets. If, in the determination of ColoCrossing, acting reasonably, the Customer’s Equipment poses an immediate threat to the physical integrity of the Premises or the physical integrity or performance of the equipment of ColoCrossing or any other user of the Premises, or poses an immediate threat to the safety of any person (an “Immediate Threat”), then ColoCrossing may perform such work and take such other actions that it may consider necessary without prior notice to Customer and without liability for damage to the Equipment or for any interruption of Customer's (or its clients') businesses. An Immediate Threat includes, but is not limited to, infrastructure failure such as power distribution unit failure, natural disaster such as fire, explosion or severe weather and, regulatory investigation such as lawful requests. In the event of an Immediate Threat, ColoCrossing will promptly notify Customer, providing details of the incident, the action taken (if any), and the potential impact on Customer's Equipment. ColoCrossing will promptly initiate an investigation into the incident to identify the cause of the Immediate Threat and any steps taken to mitigate it. Throughout this process, ColoCrossing will maintain open lines of communication with Customer, providing updates and seeking input as necessary.

If, in the determination of ColoCrossing, acting reasonably, the Equipment or customer poses an immediate threat to the physical integrity of the Premises or the physical integrity or performance of the equipment of ColoCrossing or any other user of the Premises, or poses an immediate threat to the safety of any person, then ColoCrossing may perform such work and take such other actions that it may consider necessary without prior notice to Customer and without liability for damage to the Equipment or for any interruption of Customer’s (or its clients’) businesses. As soon as practicable after performing such work, ColoCrossing shall advise Customer in writing of the work performed or the action taken.
Immediate Threats. If, in the determination of TANGRAM CANADA INC., acting reasonably, the Equipment, software or hosted applications used by the Customer or the activities of the Customer poses an immediate threat to the physical integrity of the Premises or the physical integrity or performance of the equipment or network of TANGRAM CANADA INC or any other user of the Premises, or poses an immediate threat to the safety of any person, then TANGRAM CANADA INC may perform such work and take such other actions that it may consider necessary, without prior notice to the Customer and without liability for damage to the Equipment or Data for any interruption of the Customer’s (or its Customers’) businesses. As soon as practicable after performing such work, TANGRAM CANADA INC will advise, by email, the Customer of the work performed or the action taken. TANGRAM CANADA INC may remove equipment if there appears to be a threat as described above or at the end of the Contract with the Customer.
