IMPLEMENTATION AND REPORTING a. Within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement, CDOC shall provide notice to all individuals in its custody of this Agreement and its terms. The notice will be substantially in the form of Exhibit A to this Agreement. CDOC shall create an ASL version of Exhibit A and make it available during staffing meetings with individuals for whom ASL is their primary language, monthly on day hall televisions in day halls where such individuals are housed, upon intake and orientation, and upon request.

IMPLEMENTATION AND REPORTING. 1.6.1 Action plans, linked to the reform agenda outlined earlier in this Chapter will be developed for each sector of the public service and will be developed by sectoral management in consultation with unions and representative associations in each of the relevant oversight or equivalent sectoral IR structures.
IMPLEMENTATION AND REPORTING. Upon the Effective Date, the Coordination Council shall coordinate, and the Parties shall proceed in good faith to collaborate on, the commitments made herein. The Coordination Council shall report annually on or before April 1 (commencing April 1, 2024) on the goals, commitments, objectives and areas of mutual interest set forth in this Agreement, including with respect to the City and ComEd’s commitments under Sections 6 and 7, with respect to both efforts over the prior year and plans for the coming year. The Coordination Council may create reports that describe the status of the specific projects and initiatives taken in furtherance of the goals, objectives, and areas of mutual interest, and identify any barriers to their implementation or realization that ComEd and the City could jointly work to overcome.

  • Monitoring and Reporting 3.1 The Contractor shall provide workforce monitoring data as detailed in paragraph 3.2 of this Schedule 8. A template for data collected in paragraphs 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 will be provided by the Authority. Completed templates for the Contractor and each Sub-contractor will be submitted by the Contractor with the Diversity and Equality Delivery Plan within six (6) Months of the Commencement Date and annually thereafter. Contractors are required to provide workforce monitoring data for the workforce involved in delivery of the Contract. Data relating to the wider Contractor workforce and wider Sub-contractors workforce would however be well received by the Authority. Contractors and any Sub-contractors are required to submit percentage figures only in response to paragraphs 3.2(a), 3.2(b) and 3.2(c).

Meets Standard: The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to relevant reporting requirements to the State Public Charter School Commission, State Department of Education as the State Education Agency (SEA) and sole Local Education Agency (LEA) and/or federal authorities, including but not limited to: • Compliance with minimum educational data reporting standards established by the BOE • Maintaining and reporting accurate enrollment and attendance data • Maintaining and reporting accurate personnel data • Annual reporting and immediate notice requirements • Additional information requested by the State Public Charter School Commission

  • Record Keeping and Reporting 15.01 The Accredited Entity shall ensure that:

When this applies, Contractor will register in a free portal to help report the Tier 2 diverse spend, and the requirement continues as long as the Contract is in effect.
