Implementation of Training. (1) The central bargaining parties agree that the training shall be provided within a framework of 22 hours and that it shall, as a minimum, cover the following themes: (2) The working environment training may be handled by the individual company or via courses arranged by the regional branches of the Union, possibly on the basis of advice and/or assistance from the central bargaining parties jointly. (3) The working environment training shall preferably take place during ordinary working hours and otherwise pursuant to the rules in Section 6-5 (3) and (4) and Section 7-4 of the Working Environment Act.

Implementation of Training. 54.1 The customer accepts that Supplier determines the content and depth of the training. 54.2 The customer will inform the participants about and ensure compliance by the participants with the obligations under the agreement and the (behavioral) rules prescribed by Supplier for participation in the training. 54.3 If Supplier uses its own equipment or software in the execution of the training, Supplier does not guarantee that this equipment or software is free from errors or functions without interruptions. If Supplier conducts the training at the customer's location, the customer will ensure the availability of properly functioning equipment and software. 54.4 Taking an exam or a test is not part of the agreement. 54.5 The customer owes a separate fee for documentation, training materials, or resources provided or produced for the purpose of the training. The same applies to any training certificates or duplicates thereof. 54.6 If the training is offered on the basis of e-learning, the provisions of the "Chapter Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)" shall apply as much as possible.

  • Aggregation of Trades Subadviser, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, may, but shall be under no obligation to, aggregate the securities or other investments to be sold or purchased for the Fund as well as other clients of Subadviser in order to seek best execution. In such event, allocation of the securities or futures contracts so purchased or sold, as well as the expenses incurred in the transaction, will be made by Subadviser in the manner Subadviser considers to be the most equitable and consistent with its fiduciary obligations to the Fund and to such other clients.

  • Documentation of Transfer Seller shall undertake to file the documents which would be necessary to perfect and maintain the transfer of the security interest in and to the Receivables and Other Conveyed Property.

  • Implementation and Review The Parties shall consult annually, or as otherwise agreed, to review the implementation of this Chapter and consider other matters of mutual interest affecting trade in services. (10) 10 Such consultations will be addressed under Article 170 (Free Trade Commission) of Chapter 14 (Administration of the Agreement).

  • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff. 3.3.5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall provide an initial orientation and training as well as ongoing training, including training targeted to different types of staff, to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Including targeted training regarding: 3.3.5.2.1 Care Coordination; 3.3.5.2.2 Nursing Facility Level of Care Determinations; 3.3.5.2.3 Setting of Care Submissions; 3.3.5.2.4 Community Benefit Services and Supplemental Questionnaire; and

  • Implementation of Changes If Tenant: (i) approves in writing the cost or savings and the estimated extension in the time for completion of Landlord’s Work, if any, and (ii) deposits with Landlord any Excess TI Costs required in connection with such Change, Landlord shall cause the approved Change to be instituted. Notwithstanding any approval or disapproval by Tenant of any estimate of the delay caused by such proposed Change, the TI Architect’s determination of the amount of Tenant Delay in connection with such Change shall be final and binding on Landlord and Tenant.

  • RESUMPTION OF TRADING Trading in the Shares was suspended from 9:30 a.m. on 4 November 2009 pending the release of this announcement. Application has been made to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in the Shares from 9:30 a.m. on 11 November 2009.

  • Documentation of Transfers You can receive a transaction receipt at the time you make any transfer to, from, or between your account(s) using an ATM. · If you have arranged to have direct deposits (which are electronic funds transfers as described in Section 4) made to your asset account(s) at least once every 60 days from the same person or company, the person or company making the deposit will tell you every time they send us the money. You may visit any branch, call us at 000-000-0000 or 000-000-0000, or access your transaction history via ComputerLine, MoneyLine, Green on the Go® for mobile, or the MSUFCU Mobile app to find out whether the deposit has been made. · You will get a statement every month if you have authorized any electronic funds transfer service described in Section 4. If no electronic funds transfer occurs in a particular calendar quarter, you will still receive a statement for that quarter. However, for an asset account to which you have authorized no electronic funds transfers other than preauthorized credits, you will get a statement quarterly. On any account considered dormant, a statement will be sent to you annually. · Periodic statements we send you on accounts that are subject to electronic funds transfers described in Section 4 and transaction receipts issued by an ATM are admissible evidence. · Your right to documentation as set forth above in this section does not apply when the electronic funds transfer occurs outside of the United States.

  • Order of Completion of Transactions The transactions provided for in Article II and Article III of this Agreement shall be completed immediately following the Effective Time in the following order: first, the transactions provided for in Article II shall be completed in the order set forth therein; and second, following the completion of the transactions provided for in Article II, the transactions provided for in Article III, if they occur, shall be completed.
