  • REGISTRATION WITH DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE The CONTRACTOR shall complete registration with the Washington State Department of Revenue and be responsible for payment of all taxes due on payments made under this contract.

  • Monitoring by the Department The Contractor shall permit all persons who are duly authorized by the Department to inspect and copy any records, papers, documents, facilities, goods, and services of the Contractor that are relevant to this Contract, and to interview clients, employees, and sub-contractor employees of the Contractor to assure the Department of satisfactory performance of the terms and conditions of this Contract. Following such review, the Department shall deliver to the Contractor a written report of its finding, and may direct the development, by the Contractor, of a corrective action plan.   • Health Examination 27-1 When the District determines that a MBU's health condition (mental or physical) may be impairing his/her job performance, the immediate supervisor, site administrator, or Regional Assistant Superintendent, with the concurrence of the Human Resources Department may, with just cause, direct the MBU to have a health examination at District expense. The MBU will be given a copy of the directive which will state the reason(s) for such examination.
