In-Field Expertise. Employees who attend a certified, state-recognized, accredited college or university for the purpose of achieving in-field expertise directly related to the employee’s instructional responsibilities shall be compensated as follows: Upon satisfactory total completion of an approved course, the employee shall receive reimbursement, for tuition expenses only, up to a total maximum payment of $500 per employee over the life of this contract.
