In Person Assessments. 4.2 The Supplier shall provide a draft planned programme of Mystery Shopping Assessments to the Authority during the Transition Period. The Authority shall notify the Supplier whether or not it approves the draft programme and, where the Authority does not approve the draft programme, it shall provide comments on the draft programme. The Supplier shall promptly address the comments in an updated draft programme and provide such updated draft programme to the Authority. This process shall be repeated until the draft programme is approved by the Authority. Thereafter, the Supplier shall update the programme quarterly and this process shall apply to each update of the programme.

In Person Assessments. 5.1 Where the Supplier considers that the standard of the matters assessed at a Mystery Shopping Assessment or Spot Check Assessment fails to meet the standard referred to in Paragraph 4.9, the Supplier shall, within 24 hours of the Mystery Shopping Assessment or Spot Check Assessment, notify the Authority and the relevant Language Services Supplier of this, giving the name of the Language Professional, the assignment or Booking assessed, the reasons for the Supplier’s conclusion and (unless otherwise agreed to by the Authority) requesting that the Language Services 32307188v4 Supplier immediately ceases to use the Language Professional in delivering Language Services (other than for the purpose of an In Person Assessment) pending further assessment.
In Person Assessments a. The parties agree to jointly review SCCPHD and/or CDE requirements for resuming in-person assessments. In the event that the CDE requirements require changes to this MOU or in other working conditions, the XXX and SEIU agree to follow the more stringent requirements.

  • Association Assessments Current regular Association assessments and dues (Association Assessments) paid in 578 advance will be credited to Seller at Closing.   • Members (a) A Person shall be admitted as a Member and shall become bound by, and shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by, the terms of this Agreement if such Person purchases or otherwise lawfully acquires any Share, and such Person shall become the Record Holder of such Share, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.   • Joint Labor/Management Committees Purpose and Membership. Joint Labor/Management Committees are established to provide a forum for communications and problem-solving between the two parties and to deal with matters of a general personnel Union/Employer concern, as well as professional practices within the hospital related to patient care and professional issues. The Committees will work toward the improvement of patient care and recommend ways and means to improve patient care; and will address problems and concerns related to staffing and workloads. The Committees’ function will be limited to an advisory capacity and shall not include any decision making or collective bargaining authority. Committee memberships:

  • LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 1. A Statewide Labor Management Committee consisting of not more than five (5) members selected by the VSEA from among bargaining units represented by VSEA and not more than five (5) members selected by the State shall meet periodically to discuss a mutually agreed agenda which may include methods of improving labor relations, productivity, safety, and health problems of a continuing nature, or other problems which have an impact on conditions of employment; provided, however, these sessions are not for the purpose of discussing pending grievances or for collective bargaining on any subject.

  • Conferences At the request of the State or the Engineer, conferences shall be provided at the Engineer's office, the office of the State, or at other locations designated by the State. These conferences shall also include evaluation of the Engineer's services and work when requested by the State.

  • LABOR/MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES Section 1. Labor/Management Committees The parties recognize that the holding of periodic meetings for the exchange of views and information contributes to the effectiveness of the labor/management relationship. Therefore, the parties shall establish Labor/Management Committees (LMC), in accordance with the provisions in this Article, for the purpose of addressing matters of concern in the areas of personnel policies, practices, conditions of employment, and other matters affecting employees. Each LMC will be co-chaired by one member from labor and one member from management.

  • JOINT LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE In order to encourage open communication, promote harmonious labor relations, and resolve matters of mutual concern, the parties agree to create a joint labor- management committee. The committee will be governed by the following principles:

  • Departmental Review If informal resolution of the problem through conciliation and negotiation cannot be effected, an aggrieved person may file a formal complaint with the departmental affirmative action coordinator or other designated official. Such a complaint must be filed on a form provided for this purpose and within five working days after the attempted resolution of the problem by the equal employment opportunity counselor or within twenty-five (25) working days after the date of the alleged discriminatory action, whichever shall first occur. The affirmative action coordinator will decide whether the complaint falls within the jurisdiction of the procedure and accept or reject it. Upon acceptance of the complaint, the affirmative action coordinator shall obtain the notes on the case from the equal employment opportunity counselor; may conduct a prompt, impartial investigation if he deems it necessary; shall explore the possibility of resolving the problem through negotiation or conciliation; shall present findings and recommendations on resolving the complaint to the agency/department head; and within forty-five (45) working days from the date the formal complaint was filed, shall present his written decision, as approved by the agency/department head, to the complainant, with a copy of the complaint and decision to be forwarded to the director of personnel.

  • Assessments There are no pending or, to Borrower’s knowledge, proposed special or other assessments for public improvements or otherwise affecting any Individual Property, nor are there any contemplated improvements to any Individual Property that may result in such special or other assessments.
