Incident scope. A personal information incident means: 13.2.1. a complaint or a request regarding the exercise of a data subject’s rights under applicable data protection laws. 13.2.2. an investigation into or personal information seizure by government officials, or a specific indication that such an investigation or seizure is imminent. 13.2.3. any unauthorized, accidental, or otherwise unlawful personal information processing. 13.2.4. any breach of security or confidentiality in terms of this agreement leading to confirmed or possible risks to the personal information; or 13.2.5. where implementing an instruction received from the responsible party would violate applicable laws to which the responsible party or the operator are subject, in the opinion of the operator.

  • Incident Management 3.1. We shall notify You without undue delay after We becomes aware of any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Customer Data, including Personal Data, stored or otherwise processed by Us or Our sub-processors of which We become aware (“Security Incident”). 3.2. We shall use best efforts to identify the cause of such Security Incident and take the measures We deem necessary and within Our control for remediating and securing Customer Data; We shall coordinate such efforts with You without undue delay.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement.   • General Scope of Services Contractor promises and agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply professional services, as more particularly described in Exhibit B (Statement of Work and Misc. Documents) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively “Services”).   • Incident Notification Google will notify Customer promptly and without undue delay after becoming aware of a Data Incident, and promptly take reasonable steps to minimize harm and secure Customer Data.

  • Incident Reporting Transfer Agent will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly furnish to Fund information that Transfer Agent has regarding the general circumstances and extent of such unauthorized access to the Fund Data.

  • Incident Reports Any serious occurrence involving a beneficiary, outside the normal routine of the OTP (see TRICARE Operations Manual (XXX), Chapter 7, Section 4), shall be reported to the referring military providers and/or Military Treatment Facility (MTF)/Enhanced Multi-Service Market (eMSM) referral management office (on behalf of the military provider), and DHA, and/or a designee, as follows: (a) An incident of a life-threatening accident, patient death, patient disappearance, suicide attempt, incident of cruel or abusive treatment, or any equally dangerous situation involving a beneficiary, shall be reported by telephone on the next business day with a full written report within seven days. (b) The incident and the following report shall be documented in the patient’s clinical record. (c) Notification shall be provided, if appropriate, to the parents, legal guardian, or legal authorities.

  • CONTRACT SCOPE Pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods and/or Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Contract that Contractor has contractual authority to sell or provide any Goods and/or Services beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services.
