Incidental Duties Not Always Described. It is understood by the Parties that every incidental duty connected with operations enumerated in job descriptions is not always specifically described. It is the City’s intention that other duties as assigned shall be limited to the general type of work that the employee’s position normally performs. Except as provided by this Agreement, the City recognizes its obligation to bargain regarding proposed changes in affecting wages, hours and working conditions under RCW 41.56 during the term of this Agreement.
