Membership Conditions. A Transferee who has been approved to become a Member as provided in this Agreement must comply with or satisfy each of the following conditions in order to be admitted as a Member:
(a) any conditions or requirements established or imposed by the Managers in connection with the approval of the Transferee's admission as a Member; and
(b) such Transferee must execute an instrument acceptable to the Company whereby the Transferee accepts the terms of and becomes a party to and bound by this Agreement.
Membership Conditions. No employee will be terminated under this article if the Port has reasonable grounds for believing:
a. That membership was not available to the employee on the same terms and conditions generally applicable to other members, or
b. That membership was denied or terminated for reasons other than the failure of the employee to tender the periodic dues and the initiation fee uniformly required as a condition of acquiring or retaining membership.
Membership Conditions. 1. A Member may be removed at any time by the Municipal Corporation that appointed such Member. The chairperson, to the extent one was appointed, may only be removed by the Municipal Corporation that appointed such chairperson.
Membership Conditions. Before the 3rd of each month, my monthly membership fee stated above will be automatically charged on my credit/debit.

Membership Conditions. All members, regardless of membership type, must fulfill the following application/membership conditions, without which membership will not come into effect: Completion of the membership form, with respective direct debit authorization, in non-excepted cases; Payment of the registration fee, annual insurance and the first monthly payment or pack of classes.
Membership Conditions. (a) OSEG shall use commercially reasonable efforts to satisfy or cause to be satisfied the Membership Conditions on or before Closing.
(b) For the purposes of this Agreement, “Membership Conditions” shall mean:
Membership Conditions. 1. Membership is limited to public school districts in the state of Illinois. A school district seeking to join the System must submit an application to the CEC, before September 1 of a given year, prior to becoming a member in the subsequent Fiscal Year. If approved, membership would become effective the following July 1. A school district may be admitted as a member only upon recommendation by a 2/3 vote of all the CEC members and approval by 2/3 of the current member district boards of education and the board of education of the school district seeking membership. A school district seeking membership must also meet the following conditions:
a. A new member school district shall agree to an initial assessment by the CEC, including, but not limited to, a fair and equitable portion of previous program developmental expenses.
b. A new member school district shall agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
c. A new member school district shall execute a Resolution to Form Cooperative Agreement, as provided in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
d. A new member school district shall provide a contact title and address for notices pursuant to Section 8.1.1 of this Agreement.
2. This Agreement, signed by participating districts, shall continue in force for all Member Districts for subsequent years, unless a Member District’s participation terminates in accordance with the following procedures.
Membership Conditions. 3.1. The Customer who has chosen the SPARK Pro Membership Plan will be granted access to use a SPARK Vehicle with daily restrictions, i.e. a time limit for the use of the Vehicle and a distance limit for the distance travelled in the Vehicle. The specific applicable time and distance restrictions are detailed in the Mobile App.
3.2. In the event that the Customer exceeds any of the Vehicle usage limits (time and/or distance) set forth in the Subscription Plan for the day (a 24-hour astronomical day beginning at 00:00 and ending after 23:59 on the same day), the pricing terms and preferences of the "Recharged" Subscription Plan shall apply for further (continued) use of the Vehicle or other Vehicles by SPARK during the remaining time of that particular day. The Customer should familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions of the plan and the restrictions provided via the Mobile App.
3.3. If the Vehicle is damaged due to the fault of the Customer, the General Terms and Conditions, the Rules of Use and the SPARK User Agreement shall apply.
Membership Conditions. 3.1. The Customer who has chosen the SPARK Pro Membership Plan will be granted access to use a SPARK Vehicle with daily restrictions, i.e. a time limit for the use of the Vehicle. The specific applicable time \ restrictions are detailed in the Mobile App.
3.2. In the event that the Customer exceeds any of the Vehicle usage limits (time limit) set forth in the Subscription Plan for the day (a 24-hour astronomical day beginning at 00:00 and ending after 23:59 on the same day), the pricing terms and preferences of the "Recharged" Subscription Plan shall apply for further (continued) use of the Vehicle or other Vehicles by SPARK during the remaining time of that particular day. The Customer should familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions of the plan and the restrictions provided via the Mobile App.
