Incidental Expenses on Relocation. The Employer shall pay the employee upon relocation only one (1) of the following amounts to cover incidental expenses on relocation, and once the employee has claimed one (1) allowance, no alternate further claim may be made.
(a) When an employee purchases a private dwelling house in the new location $400
(b) When the employee is moving to rental accommodation in the new location $150
(c) When the employee is moving with a mobile home $100
(d) When the employee is moving to room and board $50 The application for incidental expenses on relocation must be made by the employee on the appropriate form within sixty (60) days of the employee's arrival at the new location, unless there is no available suitable housing, in which case applications must be made within sixty (60) days of suitable housing becoming available.

(a) When an employee purchases a private dwelling house in the new location - five hundred dollars ($500). This section does not apply where the Commission pays for the moving of household effects.
(b) When the employee is moving to a furnished house, suite, apartment or mobile home - two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225). This section applies where the Commission pays for the moving of household effects or when the new accommodation is furnished.
(c) When the employee is moving with a mobile home - one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
(d) When the employee is moving to room and board - one hundred dollars ($100). The application for incidental expenses on relocation must be made by the employee on the appropriate form within sixty (60) days of the employee's arrival at the new location, unless there is no available suitable housing, in which case application must be made within sixty (60) days of suitable housing becoming available. Failure to apply within sixty (60) days will not obviate payment but will result in that payment being made that coincides with the payment that would have been made had application been made on time.

(a) When an employee purchases a private dwelling house in the new location - $635. This section does not apply where the Employer provides reimbursement for the moving of household effects.
(b) When the employee is moving to a furnished house, suite, apartment or mobile home - $315. This section applies where the Employer provides reimbursement for the moving of household effects or when the new accommodation is furnished.
(c) When the employee is moving with a mobile home - $210.
(d) When the employee is moving to room and board - $159. The application for incidental expenses on relocation must be made by the employee within 60 days of the employee's arrival at the new location, unless there is no available suitable housing, in which case application must be made within 60 days of suitable housing becoming available.
