Common use of Incidental Overtime Clause in Contracts

Incidental Overtime. Section 12.2 All command officers will be paid each two-week period four (4) hours of their regular pay at time and one and one-half (1 ½ ) their regular rate of pay for incidental time before and after shift hours. Effective January 1, 2003, all command officers will be paid each two- week period two (2) hours of their regular pay at time and one and one-half (1 ½ ) their regular rate of pay for incidental time before and after shift hours.
