Common use of Inclement Weather Clause in Contracts

Inclement Weather. (a) Definition "Inclement Weather" means the existence of continuous rain or abnormal climatic conditions, (whether by cyclone, hail, cold, high wind, severe dust, extreme high temperature or rain affected work site) as a consequence of which it is either unsafe and/or unreasonable for employees to continue working whilst exposed to that weather.

Inclement Weather.
