Inclement Weather. Inclement weather means the existence of rain, or abnormal climatic conditions (such as hail, snow, cold, high wind, severe dust storm, extreme high temperature, or any combination these) by virtue of which it is either not reasonable or not safe for the workers exposed thereto to continuing working whilst the same prevail. The procedures set out below shall apply if it is either not reasonable, or not safe, for employees exposed to these climatic conditions to continue working.
