Inconclusive Analyses. Silver Spring will conduct root cause analyses of Service Level failures. If a cause listed in 4.4.3.2 the Service Level failure, ComEd will not be entitled to a Service Level credit.
Inconclusive Analyses. Itron will conduct root cause analysis of Service Level failures to the extent that such analysis can be conducted remotely and do not require a field visit. If a field visit is required, then NBU will perform the work under reasonable direction from Itron. If Itron analysis is inconclusive or the Parties agree that circumstances outside Itron’s control caused the Service Level failure (e.g., known or expected unreachable Endpoint patterns in a given area), NBU will not be entitled to a Service Level credit.
