Order Documents definition

Order Documents means written documents, the terms of which include Hexagon’s commitment to provide products, licenses, and/or services at a specified price, subject to the terms and conditions of the Principle Contracting Document. Order Documents may consist of a single document executed by the parties or a combination of documents that together form an Order.

Order Documents means the quotation and/or the order confirmation and/or the invoice sent by Dell to Customer which describes the Products, Software and Services purchased by Customer under the Agreement as well as Prices, payment terms and other provisions.

Order Documents means written documents, the terms of which include Hexagon’s commitment to provide specific products, licenses, and/or services at a specified price, subject to the terms and conditions of the Primary Contracting Document. Order Documents may consist of a single document executed by the parties or a combination of documents that together form an Order. Any Schedule applicable to the Order is incorporated into the Order Documents as if fully set forth therein.

Examples of Order Documents in a sentence

• If any Complementary Agreements or Order Documents do not specify otherwise, the Training and Certification Services You ordered will be (i) a free self-paced training, (ii) for You as an individual or, if You are a company or other legal entity, for use by one named Authorized User.

• We will provide You with access to these Offerings as described in the relevant Additional Terms and according to the modalities set out in the Complementary Agreements and/or Order Documents.

• You may access, participate in and use such Offerings, including accessing the certification exam, solely (i) in accordance with the General Terms as well as any applicable Complementary Agreements or Alternative Agreements, (ii) for Your personal or internal business purposes, in the form made accessible and/or provided by Us and (iii) according to the specifications set forth in Your Order Documents, including the permitted number of participants, the content of the training and any other specifications.

• If any Complementary Agreements or Order Documents do not specify otherwise, Your Cloud Services will be (i) a Trial Version and (ii) for You as an individual or, if you act on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, such corporation or other legal entity or, if You are an Organization Owner, for use by your Authorized Users who are part of your Organization.

More Definitions of Order Documents

Order Documents shall refer to all quotations, purchase orders, confirmation orders, contracts and invoices issued by the parties to conclude the agreement in which Materialise grants to the Customer the Customer License.

Order Documents means either the Quotation or the Invoice. Organization means, a shared workspace with a pool of Authorized Users whether internal or external to Your legal entity, who have granted access and permissions to Your Offerings and Your Content, as configured by Your Organization Owners or the authorized account to whom they have delegated this power.

Order Documents means: (i) an account registration and order form for the Products and/or Services duly submitted on-line or in any other manner required by Waterford, in the form provided by Waterford, setting forth the Products or Services ordered and the applicable Fees, and/or (ii) such other documents as may be required by Waterford from time to time in connection with the subscription for the Products or ordering of Services. When submitted by Customer and accepted by Waterford, all applicable Order Documents of Customer are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference and are part of this Agreement as if fully set forth in this Agreement.

Order Documents means, in relation to one (1) specific order, the RFQ, the Quote, the Order and the Order Confirmation.

Order Documents means, collectively and as applicable: (i) an account registration and subscription order form for the Products duly submitted on-line or in any other manner required by Waterford, in the form provided by Waterford, which shall in all event set forth the Fees, and (ii) such other documents as shall be required by Waterford from time to time in connection with the subscription for the Products. When submitted and accepted by Waterford, all applicable Order Documents of Customer are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference and are part of this Agreement as if fully set forth in this Agreement.

Order Documents means our proposals, order confirmations and our other licensing documents which detail the Subscription Plan, licensed features, prices, payment schedules and other specific terms related to your purchase of and licensed use of the Cloud Service (or parts thereof) based on which you exclusively place your order and which specifically exclude any other terms, order form or documents provided by you. 8 “Subscription Plan” means our basic product offerings for the Cloud Service as defined on xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/plans and the SLA which details eligible features, the level of Technical Support or SLA Warranties available, and other specific benefits or limitations for your licensed use of the Cloud Service.

Order Documents means the Customer specific documents detailing, amongst others, the Application Programs and any associated Services;
