Common use of Individual Medical Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Individual Medical Insurance Coverage. a. The Board shall provide individual medical insurance coverage under the District’s Medical Benefits Plans to full-time employees. For the District’s PPO Plan(s) and Managed Care Plan(s), the Board shall pay an amount equal to 95% of the premium. The premium paid by the Board shall cover the life contract. Overall coverage under the health insurance program shall be maintained at no less than the coverage in effect as of January 1, 2019, except as mutually agreed by the Board and the Association.

Overall coverage under the health insurance program shall be maintained at no less than the coverage in effect as of January September 1, 20192014, except as mutually agreed by the Board and the Association.
