Job Description Committee. The parties agree to establish an ongoing Job Description Committee for the purpose of periodically reviewing and updating all existing job descriptions and overseeing the creation of new job descriptions as needed. The committee shall be comprised of an equal number of District and Association members. Each year, the parties will attempt to maintain at least two-thirds (2/3) of the membership of this committee from the previous year.
Job Description Committee. Agreed upon job descriptions shall be displayed in this contract. (See Appendix VII) any changes therein are subject to negotiations between a job description committee appointed by the WETA and Administration.
Job Description Committee. A letter of agreement will be entered into establishing a joint study committee to review Division I job descriptions, classification, skill requirements, and compensation. The committee will complete the review within six (6) months from the date of ratification. If not fulfilled, the letter of agreement will expire.
Job Description Committee. A Job Description Committee will be convened to meet to consider those issues which may arise concerning the provisions of Article XVI, Job Descriptions. Membership and meeting dates will be determined by the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and the GESSA President(s). At a minimum, the committee will meet once annually.
Job Description Committee. Job Descriptions for each classification will be developed and/or maintained. Said descriptions shall be developed by the Employer. Input may be asked of those eligible for Association membership. The descriptions shall be given to employees upon request. Descriptions will include at a minimum: (a) Job Title and descriptions, (b) Minimum requirements/qualifications, (c) Examples of performance, and (d) Necessary special requirements/qualifications. The Job Description Committee will convene during the developmental stages of the new or amended job descriptions prior to presentation to the School Board.
Job Description Committee. The Job Description Committee will be convened to meet to consider those issues which may arise concerning the provisions of Article IX, Job Descriptions. The Committee will be comprised of:
1. Five (5) members appointed by the Superintendent or designee;
2. Five (5) members appointed by the GESSA Executive Committee; and
3. The Committee may utilize additional district employees as a resource to provide the Committee with information it needs to accomplish its mission. The Committee will be charged with the following responsibilities:
1. At a minimum, the committee will meet once annually;
2. Reviewing and approving any new or modified job descriptions prior to being filed in the Human Resources department; and
3. Make recommendations to the Superintendent or designee for any changes in performance evaluation instruments, procedures, and/or practices.
Job Description Committee. A Job Description Committee shall be established and maintained. The Superintendent of Schools and the Association President shall each name up to three (3) members in the Committee. The chairperson of this Committee shall be one of the members and shall be designated by the Committee. In making committee appointments, the District and the Association shall strive to have the District’s diverse constituencies represented on the Committee with due consideration and representation given to the District’s various school buildings, departments, and programs and to the employees’ various job categories, length of workdays and work years.
1. The Committee shall meet monthly or as needed to review existing and proposed job descriptions/categories. Further, individual employees may request that the committee review their job description.
2. The Committee shall call and conduct meetings during the school year so that final recommendations of the committee can be presented to the Board by May 1st for their action.
3. Changes made by the Board will be implemented during the next school year.
Job Description Committee. The Employer and the Union agree to establish a joint committee to prepare and maintain job descriptions. The committee shall be comprised of two (2) Employer representatives and two (2) employee representatives. The employee representatives shall be the Senior Supervisor and Union shop xxxxxxx. Time spent on the job description committee shall be without loss of pay. The President of the Union or her designate shall be provided with copies of job descriptions on reasonable request.
Job Description Committee. Each employee shall receive a copy of his/her job description at the time of hire or upon its revision. The description will include at least the following information: Job title, Description, Minimum requirements and qualifications, and Statement of tasks and responsibilities normally associated with that position. A joint committee consisting of equal representation from the Administration and the Association will review job descriptions as needed.
Job Description Committee. A specific job description has been prepared for each certified position within the school district. These job descriptions may be revised as changes within the school system require modification. A committee shall be formed to modify job descriptions and will be convened as necessary. The committee shall be comprised of the Superintendent and/or designee, three (3) building principals, three (3) of the Association officers, and one (1) employee from the certification in the position that will be modified. Decisions of the committee will be based on consensus of the committee on new revised job descriptions prior to Board approval. Any newly revised job descriptions will be provided to all certified employees in the applicable position after the job description(s) have been drafted and approved by the Board.
