Common use of Industrial Accident Clause in Contracts

Industrial Accident. A regular employee receiving Workers’ Compensation as a result of an industrial accident sustained while at work at TRW Canada Limited, St. and who is subsequently laid off, will continue to receive fully paid group insurance coverage, excluding the weekly indemnity, for himself and dependents during his period of disability.
