Certificated employees who are absent from duty because of 4 industrial injury or illness and who qualify under the provisions of the 5 workers' compensation insurance law are allowed, for each injury or 6 illness, full salary from the first day of absence to and including the 7 last day of absence for the illness or injury, except that not more than 8 sixty (60) working days of leave are allowed for any one injury or

Allowable leave under this Section may not be 3 accumulated from year to year. 4
