Common use of INDUSTRY FUND Clause in Contracts

INDUSTRY FUND. 24.01 The employer shall contribute to the Union’s Industry Fund an hourly amount of eight cents ($0.08) per hour for each hour worked by each employee covered by this agreement, and shall remit such contributions to the Union by the 15th of the month following the month in which the contribution is made. It shall be sent to the local union’s regional office along with the remittance for union dues as set out in Article 7.01. This amount will increase to nine cents ($0.09) per hour on May 29, 2017. This amount will increase to ten cents ($0.10) per hour on June 4, 2018.

It shall be sent to the local union’s regional office along with the remittance for union dues as set out in Article 7.01. This amount will increase to nine cents ($0.09) per hour on May 29, 2017. This amount will increase to ten cents ($0.10) per hour on June 4, 2018.

This amount will increase to nine nineteen cents ($0.090.19) per hour on May 29April 1, 2017. This amount will increase 2017 and again to ten twenty cents ($0.100.20) per hour on June 4April 1, 2018.

This amount will increase to nine nineteen cents ($0.090.19) per hour on May 29April 1, 2017. This amount will increase to ten cents ($0.10) per hour on June 4, 20182021.

This amount will increase to nine seven cents ($0.090.07) per hour on May 29June 1, 20172014. This amount will increase to ten eight cents ($0.100.08) per hour on June 41, 20182015.
