Job Notice. It is further agreed that the Employer for the period of this Agreement, will notify the office of District Council No. 51 of every job that the Employer has undertaken or contracted to perform under the terms of this Agreement. The job notice to District Council No. 51 shall show the name of the job, location, description of the job, approximate starting and completion dates, and approximate number of men that will be required. The job notice is to be sent to District Council No. 51's office as soon as such fact is known to the Employer or no later than seventy-two (72) hours from the date of the award of the contract to the Employer.
