Inflammable substances. The Contractor must not, and must not permit any other person to use within, or store in, the Prison or on the Site any chemicals, acetylene, petrol, alcohol or any solid, liquid or gas of any flammable, volatile or explosive nature for any purpose except: to the extent that item is necessary for the provision of the Services; or if the State has given the State’s prior approval for the Contractor to use or store the item at the Prison or on the Site.

Inflammable substances. The Licensee must not bring upon or store on the Property any explosive or inflammable substance or corrosive fluids or chemicals except those which are normally used by the Licensee for the Purpose.
Inflammable substances. (a) No calico signs, or other flammable drapes, may be used in the Exhibitor Space. (b) No cardboard, crepe paper, or plastic may be used as lining in the Exhibitor Space unless it is an approved non-flammable material. (c) The Exhibitor must not store or use inflammable or explosive substances in the Exhibitor Space without RASV’s prior written consent. (d) The Exhibitor must take all reasonable steps to remove or alter anything that RASV reasonably considers may present a fire risk or other danger upon receiving a request by RASV to do so. (e) If RASV gives its consent under this Clause 5.13, the Exhibitor must, at a minimum, comply with: (i) the terms on which the consent is given; and (ii) Australian Standard 1940-2004 concerning storing or using any of the substances covered by that standard.

Inflammable substances. The hirer shall ensure that: (a) Highly flammable substances are not brought into, or used in any part of the premises and that (b) No internal decorations of a combustible nature (e.g. polystyrene, cotton wool) shall be erected without the consent of the management committee. No decorations are to be put up near light fittings or heaters.
Inflammable substances bring on or store in the motel any explosives, inflammable or corrosive fluids or chemicals. However the tenant may store in the motel, confined in proper containers, those fluids or chemicals that are normally used in the conduct of the motel.
