Informal Observations. 1. An informal observation is a walkthrough of non-confidential activities during unannounced times. Such observations shall be documented on the form in Appendix I-2 and will focus on one (1) or more of the following components: • Comprehensive School Counseling Program Plan • Direct Services for Academic, Career and Social/Emotional Development • Indirect Services: Partnerships and Referrals • Evaluation and Data • Leadership and Advocacy • Professional Responsibility, Knowledge and Growth
