INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYEES. a. the Employer agrees to supply each employee and all new employees with a copy of the Collective Agreement within one (1) month after its receipt. b. on commencing employment, new employees shall be provided with a copy of the existing Collective Agreement by the Employer; and c. it is agreed and understood that the Employer and the Union will share equally in the cost of printing and publishing of the Collective Agreement.
