INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYEES. 39.01 The Employer will continue its present practice of providing bulletin board space for the posting of notices pertaining to elections, appointments, meeting dates, new items and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Employer. 39.02 The Employer shall inform all new employees of the existence of this Agreement.
