Information Protection and Security. 6.1 All personal information obtained under this Agreement shall be collected, used, maintained, stored, retained, disclosed, destroyed or disposed of and otherwise administered and protected in accordance with all applicable legislation. Personal Information is to be safeguarded at a high level of protection to ensure the integrity, privacy and security of the disclosure process.

Information Protection and Security. Vendor shall perform the Website Development Services in accordance with the provisions stated in the “ Information Protection and Security Agreement” attached as Appendix B.
Information Protection and Security. This Information Protection and Security Exhibit (“Exhibit”) is an attachment to the Agreement and sets forth the information protection and security requirements. This Exhibit includes by reference the terms and conditions of the Agreement. In the event of any inconsistencies between this Exhibit and the Agreement, the parties agree that the terms and conditions of this Exhibit shall prevail. Throughout the term of the Agreement and for as long as Supplier controls, possesses, stores, transmits, or processes ABA Data, Supplier shall comply with the requirements set forth in this Exhibit. Any breach of this Exhibit shall be deemed a material breach under the Agreement.

  • Data Protection and Security A. In this Agreement the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:

  • Information Integrity and Security Contractor shall immediately notify County of any known or suspected breach of personal, sensitive and confidential information related to Contractor’s work under this Agreement.

  • Personal Information Protection Each party represents and warrants that procedures compatible with relevant personal information and data protection laws and regulations will be employed so that processing and transfer of such information and data identifiers will not be impeded. d.

  • Safety and Security Contractor is responsible for maintaining safety in the performance of this Contract. Contractor shall be responsible for complying with the District’s rules and regulations pertaining to safety, security, and driving on school grounds, particularly when children are present.

  • DATA HANDLING AND SECURITY It will always be the responsibility of the selected Contractor to manage data transfer and to secure all data appropriately during the project to prevent unauthorized access to all data, products, and deliverables.

  • Privacy and Security (a) The Service Provider shall not transmit or store any AHS data outside the borders of Canada, nor transmit any AHS data in Canada to any party not specifically contemplated in this Agreement, without AHS’s prior written consent to each such data transmittal, which consent may be arbitrarily and unreasonably withheld.

  • PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVACY AND SECURITY CONTRACT 11 Any reference to statutory, regulatory, or contractual language herein shall be to such language as in 12 effect or as amended.

  • Staff Protection A. The District shall protect certificated employees acting within the scope of their employment by purchasing liability insurance in the amount of at least five million dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence, and the District shall include the certificated employees as named insured under the liability insurance and errors and omissions policy of the school district.

  • Fair and Equitable Treatment and Full Protection and Security 1. Each Party shall accord fair and equitable treatment and full protection and security in accordance with customary international law in its territory to investment of investors of the other Party. 2. For greater certainty, (a) the concepts of "fair and equitable treatment" and "full protection and security" do not require additional treatment to that required under the minimum standard of treatment of aliens in accordance with the standard of customary international law; (b) a determination that there has been a breach of another provision of this Agreement or another international agreement does not imply that the minimum standard of treatment of aliens has been breached; (c) "fair and equitable treatment" includes the prohibition against denial of justice in criminal, civil, or administrative proceedings in accordance with the general accepted principles of customary international law; and (d) the "full protection and security" standard does not imply, in any case, a better treatment to that accorded to nationals of the Party where the investment has been made.

  • Identification and Disclosure of Privacy and Security Offices Business Associate and Subcontractors shall provide, within ten (10) days of the execution of this agreement, written notice to the Covered Entity’s contract/grant manager the names and contact information of both the HIPAA Privacy Officer and HIPAA Security Officer. This information must be updated any time either of these contacts changes.
