INFORMATION SHARING AND EXCHANGE. The customs authorities of Member States are encouraged to share and exchange information through interconnected systems for customs purposes through bilateral, multilateral or other arrangements where necessary, to the extent allowed by their respective laws and within the limits of their competence and available resources.

INFORMATION SHARING AND EXCHANGE. The institutions agree to share certain information about students enrolled in the JAA. Data will be prepared in the aggregate, whenever possible, and in instances when individual information is shared, the data will be treated as confidential. The purpose of this exchange is to monitor the progress of students pursuing a degree under the JAA, to educate students about the range of academic choices at RIC or URI, to provide students with information conducive to academic success at the senior institution, and to evaluate the success of the program. To that end, each student will be asked to sign a release authorizing CCRI and RIC or URI, as appropriate, to share the following individual student data: A. Each semester CCRI will provide representatives of RIC or URI, as appropriate, with information regarding students who during that semester returned the signed JAA acceptance agreement. The information will include current name, address, date of birth, identification number, telephone number, e-mail address, choice of degree program and academic record. B. The senior institution will provide CCRI with annual reports regarding former JAA students who enroll at RIC or URI. The reports will include credit hours accepted and lost in movement to the senior institution, student retention rates and graduation rates as well as grade point averages earned and financial aid received by these students. Feedback from RIC and URI will be used to improve the JAA. C. If Rhode Island students are denied admission to RIC or URI as freshmen for academic reasons, the respective admissions offices will inform the students about the JAA as an alternative enrollment option to entering RIC and URI. Lists of these potential JAA students will be provided to CCRI.
INFORMATION SHARING AND EXCHANGE. New England Institute of Technology and NSCC acknowledge that it may be useful to share certain information about their respective students during the term of this agreement. The purpose of this exchange is to monitor the progress of students pursuing a degree under the Articulation Agreement, educate them about the range of academic choices, provide them with information conducive to academic success at NEIT, and to evaluate the success of the program. To that end, once students identify their interest in transfer to NEIT, each student will be asked to sign a release authorizing NEIT and NSCC to share individual student information as described below: A. Once a student signs the release form, NSCC shall provide representatives of NEIT with the name, address, choice of degree program, and academic record of each NSCC student enrolled in the Articulation Agreement. B. Beginning when the first student completes the specialized associate degree at NSCC under this program and during the term of this Agreement, NEIT will provide NSCC with the student retention rates, graduation rates, and the grade point averages for those NSCC students who entered NEIT as part of the Articulation Agreement.
INFORMATION SHARING AND EXCHANGE. Rhode Island College and the Community College of Rhode Island acknowledge that it may be useful to share certain information about its respective students during the term of this Agreement. The purpose of this exchange is to monitor the progress of students pursuing a degree under the Joint Admission Program, educate them about the range of academic choices at Rhode Island College provide them with information conducive to academic success at Rhode Island College, and to evaluate the success of the program. To that end, each student will be asked in the Intent to Enroll Form to sign a release authorizing Rhode Island College and the Community College of Rhode Island to share individual student information as described below. Beginning in September 1997 the Community College of Rhode Island shall provide representatives of Rhode Island College with the name, address, choice of degree program and academic record of each Community College of Rhode Island student who is enrolled in the Joint Admission Program at Rhode Island College. Beginning when the first student completes the associate degree at the Community College of Rhode Island under this program and during the term of this Agreement, Rhode Island College shall provide the Community College of Rhode Island with student retention rates, graduation rates and the grade point averages for those Community College of Rhode Island students who entered Rhode Island College as part of the Joint Admission Program. The Community College of Rhode Island and Rhode Island College shall exchange current data regarding the names, addresses, choice of program academic performance and other information related to program eligibility for every Community College of Rhode Island student who is enrolled in the Joint Admission Program. Students who seek direct admission to Rhode Island College as freshmen, but who are denied admission to Rhode Island College shall be informed about the Joint Admission Program between Community College of Rhode Island and Rhode Island College. This will be presented as one alternative approach to the baccalaureate degree and potentially a way to build and demonstrate the academic achievement required for admission to Rhode Island College. Further pursuit of this option will be solely at the discretion of the student receiving the information.
INFORMATION SHARING AND EXCHANGE. The participating Institutions have agreed to share information about student academic performance. This exchange of information provides students the broadest range of academic choices. 1. Effective Spring 2004 students in the Center for Technical Education program may indicate their interest in participating in the Articulation Agreement and grant permission to the Center for Technical Education to share information with Bristol Community College about their academic performance. 2. The Center for Technical Education will provide Bristol Community College with the names and addresses of Articulation Agreement Students enrolled at the University of Massachusetts Boston.

  • Registration, Transfer and Exchange The Company shall cause to be kept at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee a register (the register maintained in such office or any other office or agency pursuant to Section 1002 being herein sometimes referred to as the "Note Register") in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Company shall provide for the registration of Notes and of transfers of Notes. The Trustee is hereby appointed "Note Registrar" for the purpose of registering Notes and transfers of Notes as herein provided. Upon surrender for registration of transfer of any Note at an office or agency of the Company designated pursuant to Section 1002 for such purpose, the Company shall execute, and the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver, in the name of the designated transferee or transferees, one or more new Notes of any authorized denomination, of a like aggregate principal amount. At the option of the Holder, Notes may be exchanged for other Notes of any authorized denominations, of a like aggregate principal amount, upon surrender of the Notes to be exchanged at such office or agency. Whenever any Notes are so surrendered for exchange, the Company shall execute, and the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver, the Notes which the Holder making the exchange is entitle to receive. All Notes issued upon any registration of transfer or exchange of Notes shall be valid obligations of the Company, evidencing the same debt and entitled to the same benefits under this Indenture as the Notes surrendered upon such registration of transfer or exchange. Every Note presented or surrendered for registration of transfer or for exchange shall be duly endorsed for transfer (if so required by the Company or the Trustee), or shall be accompanied by a written instrument of transfer in form satisfactory to the Company and the Note Registrar duly executed by the Holder thereof or such Holder's attorney duly authorized in writing. No service charge shall be made for any registration of transfer or exchange of Notes, but the Company may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any registration of transfer or exchange of Notes, other than exchanges pursuant to Section 304 or 905 not involving any transfer. The Company shall not be required to issue or register the transfer of any Note during a period beginning at the opening of business 15 days before the day of the mailing of a notice of redemption of Notes selected for redemption pursuant to Section 1105 and ending at the close of business on the day of such mailing or to register the transfer of or exchange any Notes so selected for redemption in whole or in part, except the unredeemed portion of any Notes being redeemed in part.
