Information Supplied to the Union. A. The Employer shall provide the Union with a current list of Employees once per pay period at no cost to the Union. This list shall include the Employee's name, Employee number, organizational routing code, department, location, and termination date or last date in pay status, if applicable. The list will also itemize and show any regular deductions made and forwarded to the Union. The Employer shall also include information regarding personnel transactions adding or deleting Employees from the bargaining unit.
