Use of State Equipment. A. Union stewards shall be permitted reasonable use of State phones and video phones (VP)/telecommunication devices for the deaf (TDD) to make calls for Union representation purposes; provided, however, that such use of State phones shall not incur additional charges to the State or interfere with the operation of the State.

Use of State Equipment. A. Except as provided by this Contract, no employee shall be permitted use of any State machine, equipment, or communication system, including but not limited to computer, photocopier, E-mail, voice mail, fax machine, for Union organizing or other Union purposes.

Use of State Equipment. Contractor and Contractor’s employees shall not use state equipment including, but not limited to, computers, telephones, facsimile machines, copiers, printers, calculators, or typewriters, except for phone use in cases of emergency or to respond to work requests from TFC or the occupying state agency of the building to which they are assigned. Misuse of this equipment may result in termination of the Contract.

If included in Texas construction contracts, such provisions are voidable by a party obligated by the contract or agreement to perform the work. By submission of this proposal, Vendor acknowledges this law and if Vendor enters into a construction contract with a Texas TIPS Member under this procurement, Vendor certifies compliance.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS The Employer agrees, subject to the following provisions, that all conditions of employment in his/her individual operation relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved whenever specific provisions for improvement are made elsewhere in this Agreement.
