Information Supplied to the Union. A. The Employer shall provide the Union with a current list of bargaining unit members once per pay period at no cost to the Union. This list shall include the bargaining unit member's name, social security number, position control number (PCN), organizational routing code, department, location, strike class and termination date or last date in pay status, if applicable. The list will also itemize and show any regular deductions made and forwarded to the Union. Past practice will continue regarding the furnishing of bargaining unit member information each pay period.
