Information Supply. The Information supplied to the customer from 1-Stop will be on the following terms: 3.1 Supply shall be on a non-exclusive basis 3.2 The customer shall only use the Information with their internal applications. 3.3 The customer shall not alter, amend or modify the Information in any way except with 1-Stop’s prior written consent. 3.4 The customer shall pay 1-Stop the agreed fee to supply the information. 3.5 The total fee payable by the customer shall be paid to 1-Stop via direct debit. The customer shall supply its banking details or credit card details in order that a direct debit can be set up. 3.6 The customer agrees that in all references to the Information it will acknowledge that the Information is supplied by 1-Stop and the form of this acknowledgement is to be agreed by 1-Stop. 3.7 Subject to the Information being available to 1-Stop, it is 1-Stop’s intention to supply the Information a minimum of eight (8) times per calendar day for scheduling information and as it occurs for container movement information. 3.8 It is agreed by the customer that 1-Stop cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the Information as it is acting as a data centre not originator of the Information. The client shall make its clients aware that there is no right of recourse against 1-Stop and the client agrees to indemnify 1-Stop against any action taken by the customer’s clients as a result of the Information provided.

Information Supply. DSLnet shall provide to Verizon on a regularly scheduled basis, at no charge, and in a format required by Verizon or by a mutually agreed upon industry standard (e.g., Ordering and Billing Forum developed) all Listing Information and the service address for each DSLnet Customer whose service address location falls within the geographic area covered by the relevant Verizon directory. DSLnet shall also provide to Verizon on a daily basis: (a) information showing DSLnet Customers who have disconnected or terminated their service with DSLnet; and (b) delivery information for each non-listed or non-published DSLnet Customer to enable Verizon to perform its directory distribution responsibilities. Verizon shall promptly provide to DSLnet (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by Verizon, excluding non-business days) a query on any listing that is not acceptable.
Information Supply. 5.1 Annually the Arranger will assess whether the Information Memorandum must be amended or supplemented and, if the Arranger reaches the conclusion that there is reason to do so, the Arranger shall be entitled to make the amendments and/or supplements deemed necessary by the Arranger, by having a new Information Memorandum or a supplement to the Information Memorandum prepared and published. Before amending or supplementing the Information Memorandum the Arranger shall enable the Issuer(s) and the Association of Dutch Municipalities (Vereniging van Nederlandse Gemeenten) as adviser of the Issuer(s) to react to the intended amendments or supplements, without the Arranger being obliged, by the way, to take over remarks received from the Issuer(s) or the Association of Dutch Municipalities. 5.2 The Arranger, and also every Dealer who receives a request from an Issuer to place and sell Notes, may make compliance with such a request dependent on the publication of a supplement to the Information Memorandum in connection with that Issuer, if in its opinion circumstances with regard to that Issuer give reason to do so. The Issuer shall be obliged to inform the Arranger of specific circumstances in connection with itself that may be important to the holders of Notes to be issued. 5.3 Each of the Issuers accepts responsibility for the information included in the Information Memorandum and in the supplement prepared in connection with the Issuer itself. Each of the Issuers guarantees that the information included in the Information Memorandum and the information included in the 01042019 JZ/2483432/da 9 of 18 supplement prepared in connection with the Issuer itself is correct and complete at all times and that no particulars have been omitted whose mention would change the tenor of the Information Memorandum and of the supplement prepared in connection with the Issuer itself. 5.4 With observance of the provisions in article 8 of the General Programme Provisions each Issuer grants irrevocable power of attorney to every Dealer on behalf of the Issuer to distribute copies of the Information Memorandum and of the supplement prepared in connection with the Issuer itself and to provide oral information on the basis of (i) the Information Memorandum and the supplement prepared in connection with the Issuer itself, (ii) written information that the relevant Dealer has received from the relevant Issuer and
Information Supply. 7.1 Customer shall provide Planon in time with all data or information useful or necessary for the proper execution of the Agreement and will render all cooperation including granting access to Customer’s premises and/or data. If Customer in cooperating in the execution of the Agreement employs its own employees, the latter will have the required knowledge, experience, capacity and quality. If the aforesaid information is not at Planon’s disposal, or not in time or not as agreed, or if Customer fails to comply with its obligations otherwise, Planon has at any time the right to suspend execution of the Agreement and to charge any costs arising from suspension at the usual rates. 7.2 Planon processes Customer Data as defined in Appendix VII. Customer Data may contain personal data. If this is the case, Customer is controller and Planon is processor of the personal data within the meaning of the General Personal Data Regulation (GDPR). The agreement regarding the processing of personal data is documented in the Data Processing Addendum as set forth in Annex VII to this Agreement.

Verizon shall promptly provide to XXX.xxx, (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by Verizon, excluding non-Business Days), a query on any listing that is not acceptable.
Information Supply. BTI shall provide to Verizon on a regularly scheduled basis, at no charge, and in a format required by Verizon or by a mutually agreed upon industry standard (e.g., Ordering and Billing Forum developed), all Listing Information and the service address for each BTI Customer whose service address location falls within the geographic area covered by the relevant Verizon directory. BTI shall also provide to Verizon on a daily basis, (a) information showing BTI Customers who have disconnected or terminated their service with BTI; and (b) delivery information for each non-listed or non-published BTI Customer to enable Verizon to perform it’s directory distribution responsibilities. Verizon shall promptly provide to BTI, (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by Verizon, excluding non-Business Days), a confirmation notice for accepted listings, or a query on any listing that is not acceptable.
Information Supply. Max-Tel shall provide to Verizon on a regularly scheduled basis, at no charge, and in a format required by Verizon or by a mutually agreed upon industry standard (e.g., Ordering and Billing Forum developed), all Listing Information and the service address for each Max-Tel Customer whose service address location falls within the geographic area covered by the relevant Verizon directory. Max-Tel shall also provide to Verizon on a daily basis, (a) information showing Max-Tel Customers who have disconnected or terminated their service with Max-Tel; and (b) delivery information for each non-listed or non-published Max-Tel Customer to enable Verizon to perform it’s directory distribution responsibilities. Verizon shall promptly provide to Max-Tel, (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by Verizon, excluding non-Business Days), a query on any listing that is not acceptable.

Verizon shall promptly provide to NTL, (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by Verizon, excluding non-Business Days), a query on any listing that is not acceptable.
Information Supply. Reconex shall provide to Verizon on a regularly scheduled basis, at no charge, and in a format required by Verizon or by a mutually agreed upon industry standard (e.g., Ordering and Billing Forum developed), all Listing Information and the service address for each Reconex Customer whose service address location falls within the geographic area covered by the relevant Verizon directory. Reconex shall also provide to Verizon on a daily basis, (a) information showing Reconex Customers who have disconnected or terminated their service with Reconex; and (b) delivery information for each non-listed or non-published Reconex Customer to enable Verizon to perform it’s directory distribution responsibilities. Verizon shall promptly provide to Reconex, (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by Verizon, excluding non-Business Days), a query on any listing that is not acceptable.
