Personal Income Tax. Project Company shall withhold income tax from its domestic and foreign employees and pay such tax to the Tax Department of the Ministry of Finance in accordance with applicable Lao PDR Law.

Party A shall offer 50% reimbursement as incentive to those managerial and professional and technical personnel employed by Party B with annual salaries of above RMB60,000 Yuan, in respect of Eco City’s retained portion of the personal income tax paid by them prior to December 31, 2015 (i.e. on the 40% of the personal income tax). In the case that the personnel employed by Party B purchases real estate housing property in Eco City prior to December 31, 2015, Party A shall offer 100% reimbursement as incentives in respect of the Eco City’s retained portion of the personal income tax paid by the personnel of Party B.

3. Policy B & C and Platinum B & C members and spouses qualify for tax advice only.

2. In consideration of the Platinum premium in force from time to time:
a) The Maximum Limit will be increased depending on your chosen policy;

Personal Income Tax. QMM SA shall deduct personal income tax at source on the salaries paid to its Malagasy and expatriate employees according to the rules of the General Tax Code. However, for foreign personnel employed in Madagascar in connection with the Project, the total amount of deductions and of tax to be paid shall be limited to 35% of taxable income established according to the General Tax Code, including salary supplements, but excluding any salary or company contributions paid in Madagascar or abroad, for pensions and social insurance (health insurance, life insurance, ...).
