You agree that you may withdraw your consent at any time by calling or writing us at the number or address above. If you withdraw your consent, we will send you a paper copy and may also send you an Electronic Record. You must keep us informed of your current email and postal mailing addresses by calling or writing us at the number or address above. We may charge you a fee as stated in our Account Information and Fee Schedule for providing a paper copy of Electronic Records.
