Informing New Employees. The Employer agrees to inform new Employees that a Union Agreement is in effect and the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with the Union Security and Dues Check-off. It will be the responsibility of the Union to convey to the new Employee all information concerning benefits of membership in the Union. Notwithstanding the above, the parties recognize the Employer’s right and duty to conduct orientation sessions for new Employees.
