Initial and Continued Employment. The Employer has the right to determine an Employee's qualification for employment. The Employer will notify the Union as it receives new requirements and directives prescribed by government agencies which conflict with the terms of this Collective Bargaining Agreement. Although any implementation of such requirements or directives cannot be delayed, the Union shall be allowed, if it so requests, to bargain the impact of the implementation of such requirements or directives affecting terms and working conditions of employment.

  • Continued Employment The Option granted hereunder shall confer no right on Optionee to continue in the employ of the Company or any Subsidiary, or limit in any respect the right of the Company or any Subsidiary (in the absence of a specific agreement to the contrary) to terminate Optionee's employment at any time.

The Participant’s employment shall continue to be on an “at-will” basis.

  • Condition of Employment The Employee acknowledges that his/her employment and the continuance of that employment with the Company is contingent upon his/her agreement to sign and adhere to the provisions of this Agreement. The Employee further acknowledges that the nature of the Company’s business is such that protection of its proprietary and confidential information is critical to its survival and success.

  • No Right to Continued Employment Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer on the Employee any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any Subsidiary, or to interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to terminate such employment at any time.

  • OBLIGATIONS SURVIVE TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT Executive agrees that any and all of Executive’s obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to Exhibits B and C, shall survive the termination of employment and the termination of this Agreement.

  • NO EXPECTATION OF CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT BEYOND TERM OF CONTRACT Neither this contract nor any Board Policy, rule or evaluation procedure shall confer upon the Employee continued employment beyond the term provided in this contract.
