Initial Construction Plan and Reporting Requirements. The Approved Project Sponsor shall keep the CAISO advised monthly as to the progress of the financing, procurement, and construction efforts with respect to the Project, via email or verbal discussion as agreed upon by the Parties, and in accordance with the timeframes specified herein.
