Initial Implementation Plan (IIP. Within thirty (30) days of the signing the contract award, the Contractor shall prepare and submit an Initial Implementation Plan (IPP) for the implementation of the project. The plan shall provide detail to the end of the next U.S. fiscal year and summary information for subsequent years. The COR will review the plan and provide comments and recommendations for changes. The Initial Implementation Plan will be finalized in consultations with USAID during the first 60 days following the award. The Contractor shall incorporate COR comments and recommendations into the final version of the IIP and submit it for COR written approval. After the plan is finalized the COR will provide written approval. All substantial changes in the Initial Implementation Plan require prior written approval of the COR. The Initial Implementation Plan should include a list of tasks to be completed during the year, grouped under the objective that they seek to support. For each task, the Contractor should: 1) explain in brief its connection to the objective; 2) define the necessary requirements to complete the tasks; 3) identify any assumptions used in preparing the implementation plan, suggest possible modifications to the approach, if needed, and describe anticipated problems or potential barriers with regard to achieving the project objectives; 4) assign responsibilities for completing those steps; 5) provide any quantitative or qualitative targets; 6) provide a timeline for the implementation of the task, and 7) incorporate conditions set forth in the approved Request for Categorical Exclusion (RCE). The IIP shall be a subject to review at monthly USAID and Contractor program review meetings. The Initial Implementation Plan shall be consistent with the XXX Plan (details are in the below section “C. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (XXX) Plan”).

  • Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable. The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.
