Common use of Initial Issue Clause in Contracts

Initial Issue. The City shall furnish the basic uniforms and new equipment for all members according to the schedule in Section 29.6. Uniform parts and equipment shall be replaced by the City on an as needed basis. All uniforms and equipment purchased by the City remain the property of the City and must be returned when a member is separated from City service for any reason.
