INITIAL PLACEMENT ON SALARY SCALE. Except as otherwise provided in this agreement, the salary schedule(s) found in this agreement in Article B.1 provides remuneration for all persons covered by this agreement according to their qualifications established in years of preparation and certification and their years of experience.
