Initial Stakeholder Interviews and Meetings. Initial interviews and meetings with the Staff Team and key stakeholders, which may include elected officials, representatives of relevant advisory commissions, property owners, business owners, civic associations, community groups, Virginia Department of Transportation, and other local stakeholders (including federal, regional, and other local jurisdiction agencies outside the County) will focus on overall project goals and objectives. The Contractor will conduct approximately 8-12 hours of initial interviews and/or meetings. The number of interviews and/or meetings included in that timeframe will be determined at the time of scheduling, at the County’s discretion. The Contractor will compile the results of the interviews into an Initial Stakeholder Interview Report. The Contractor will provide the Staff Team for review a draft of the interview questions and meeting materials no less than 10 work days in advance of the interviews, unless otherwise allowed by the County Project Officer. The County Project Officer will be responsible for compiling all Staff Team comments and submitting a merged set of comments and requested changes to the Contractor. The Contractor will then provide a refined draft of the interview questions and meeting materials addressing the requested changes.

  • Investigatory Meetings A. An employee required to attend an investigatory meeting shall receive advance notice of such meeting. Such notice shall include:

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.

  • Labor Management Conferences The Union and the Employer mutually agree that in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations, meetings shall be held between Union and Employer representatives when appropriate. Such meetings shall be scheduled within one week of either party submitting an agenda to the other, or at a time mutually agreed upon by the parties, and shall be limited to:

  • Investigatory Interview When the employee under investigation is to be interviewed concerning the alleged conduct which could result in discharge or other discipline, the employee and his or her representative shall be notified in writing, at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the interview. In the event of an emergency, such reasonable notice as the circumstances permit shall be given. The notice shall state that an official investigation is being conducted and shall state the subject matter of the investigatory interview.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • Investigatory Interviews When an employee is required by the City to attend an interview conducted by the City for purposes of investigating an incident which may lead to discipline/discharge of that employee because of that particular incident, the employee shall have the right to request that the employee be accompanied at the investigatory interview by a representative of the Union. If the employee makes such a request, the request shall be made to the City representative conducting the investigatory interview. The City, when faced with such a request, may:

  • Conferences and Meetings Attend meetings with Contractor, such as preconstruction conferences, progress meetings, job conferences and other project-related meetings, and prepare and circulate copies of minutes thereof.

  • Negotiations Meetings Negotiations meetings between said bargaining committees shall be private and scheduled for mutually satisfactory times and place(s). Both parties may utilize the services of consultants during the negotiation process. Only bargaining committee members, consultants, and other individuals mutually agreed to between the bargaining committees shall be present in the negotiating sessions.

  • Safety Meetings (iii) Accident investigation.
