Initial Subscription Term. Customer’s initial Subscription Term for a Service (the “Initial Subscription Term”) as defined in the Order Form(s) which will begin on the “Effective Date” specified on the signature page of the Order Form with for that Service.

Initial Subscription Term. The Initial Subscription Term is the term in calendar months specified on the Order Form or, if none is specified on the Order Form – 12 calendar months from the Commencement Date.
