INJURY REPORTING PROCEDURES. Any injury incurred by an employee during the school working hours (regularly scheduled work day, any time on duty for their primary job or supplemental job) shall report that injury on an injury report form provided by the district within 24 hours of the incident. This form is to be submitted to the Treasurer’s office.

  • Reporting Procedures Enter in the XXX Entity Management area the information that XXX requires about each proceeding described in paragraph 2 of this award term and condition. You do not need to submit the information a second time under assistance awards that you received if you already provided the information through XXX because you were required to do so under Federal procurement contracts that you were awarded.
