Inpatient/Outpatient Services. E. Recall 1. Employees will be recalled in inverse order of layoff. Employees that have been laid-off will have recall rights to all full-time and part-time vacancies in their previously held position for a period of two (2) years from the date of layoff. If an employee is recalled and accepts a part-time position he/she shall continue to have recall rights to a full-time position if one becomes available during the recall period. 2. The Union will be notified of all employees on recall lists and vacancies, as offered and accepted. 3. Once recalled, employees will have their previous seniority and extended ill bank restored. If employees received a payout of their extended ill upon layoff, once recalled they can purchase back their time.

Inpatient/Outpatient Services. For all of Vendor's managed care arrangements and contracts with self-insured employers within the Region, MMC shall be Vendor's exclusive site for all hospital-related inpatient and outpatient dialysis services and products (i.e., medical services that are not normally provided at Vendor's outpatient dialysis clinics as of the date of this Agreement). In this regard, MMC will be Vendor's exclusive site for inpatient care, vascular surgery (including, but not limited to, vascular access surgery), transplants, etc., for all of Vendor's managed care contracts or for renewals of Vendor's existing contracts within the Region. To the extent that Vendor's contracts with insurance carriers, managed care companies, third-party administrators, or self-insured employees, MMC reserves the right to approve all such contracts which obligate MMC to provide services. A formula will be agreed upon as part of the contract as to how prices will be set by MMC and Vendor for such managed care products.

  • Outpatient Services Physicians, Urgent Care Centers and other Outpatient Providers located outside the BlueCard® service area will typically require You to pay in full at the time of service. You must submit a Claim to obtain reimbursement for Covered Services.

  • Outpatient If you receive infusion therapy services in a hospital's outpatient unit, we cover the use of the treatment room, related supplies, and solutions. For prescription drug coverage, see Section 3.27

  • Patient Care Resident shall participate in safe, effective, and compassionate patient care, under supervision, commensurate with Resident's level of advancement and responsibility.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Anesthesia Services This plan covers general and local anesthesia services received from an anesthesiologist when the surgical procedure is a covered healthcare service. This plan covers office visits or office consultations with an anesthesiologist when provided prior to a scheduled covered surgical procedure.

  • Inpatient If you are an inpatient in a general or specialty hospital for mental health services, this agreement covers medically necessary hospital services and the services of an attending physician for the number of hospital days shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. See Section

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Student Services a. High school students in dual credit courses will be given access to the College library, accorded appropriate privileges, and have adequate library resources convenient for use at the site where the course is offered. b. High school students in dual credit courses will be provided the academic support services, including academic advising and counseling, as those on the college campus. c. Prior to the start of each academic year, the High School and College shall collaborate on the development and communication of procedures for the provision of accommodations for students with disabilities enrolled in Dual Credit courses (“Established Procedures”). High School and College shall provide disability services in accordance with Established Procedures and applicable law. d. If a student is enrolled simultaneously in College and in high school in a dual credit program, the two schools may share information regarding the student, in accordance with FERPA. e. All other services provided to regular Dallas College students will also be provided to high school students enrolled in dual credit courses in accordance with applicable law and Dallas College policies.
