Inspection Time Sample Clauses

Inspection Time. 5.1 Locomotive engineers will be allowed a minimum of 15 minutes after arrival at station, change-off point, shop or designated track. 5.2 Locomotive engineers in passenger service will be paid for such time on the basis of 20 miles per hour and in all other service on the basis of 12-1/2 miles per hour for the performance of inspection and such other duties as may be required. 5.3 The 15-minute allowance paid under this article will be used to the extent necessary to make up the basic day.
Inspection Time. 40.1 Locomotive engineers will be paid for 10 minutes at a rate per hour of 1/8th of the daily rate after locomotives are delivered at the designated point to perform inspection duties. Time paid under this article will be in addition to basic day.

Locomotive engineers on diesel-electric locomotives operated in short turnaround passenger service (no single trip of which exceeds 80 miles) will be allowed a minimum of 15 minutes after arrival at the station, change-off or other designated point for the performance of inspection and such other duties as may be required. Freight Service 7.3 Locomotive engineers will be allowed 15 minutes after time locomotives are delivered on designated shop track. Such time shall be allowed for performing duties required of them after locomotive is delivered on shop track at end of a day's work, and shall be paid at a rate per hour of 1/8th of the daily rate applicable to the locomotive and service.
Inspection TimeWorking hours for the Pearland Inspection personnel are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding City approved holidays. The Contractor shall notify the OWNER of any required inspection overtime work at least 48 hours in advance and shall pay the overtime wages for the required City inspections.
